Except where specifically amended or repealed by this act the provisions of the agreement authorized by chapter three hundred ninety-one of the laws of New Jersey, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, approved June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (P.L.1931, c. 391) 1 are maintained in full force and effect.
