New Jersey Statutes Title 32. Interstate and Port Authorities and Commissions 32 § 26-17

Filing of documents as required by Article III(j) of the compact  1 shall be with the Secretary of State and State Librarian. Any and all notices required by commission by-laws to be given pursuant to Article III(j) of the compact shall be given to the commissioner of this State, his alternate, if any, and the Attorney General.
