New Jersey Statutes Title 32. Interstate and Port Authorities and Commissions 32 § 11E-1.5

The Delaware River and Bay Authority is authorized to plan, finance, develop, construct, purchase, lease, maintain, operate, improve and otherwise effectuate a project, at a site located in the City of North Wildwood, Cape May County, consisting of a multi-purpose sports stadium and other buildings, structures, facilities, properties and appurtenances related thereto, or incidental to, necessary for, or complementary to, the project, which in the judgment of the authority is required for the sound economic development of a multi-purpose sports stadium suitable for the holding of athletic games and other athletic contests or sporting events, exhibitions, spectacles, meetings, entertainment events or other expositions related to the purposes of the project.
