New Jersey Statutes Title 32. Interstate and Port Authorities and Commissions 32 § 1-35.52b

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey shall cover the site of the remains of the victims of September 11, 2001 and transport those remains in containers to be used in a memorial at the World Trade Center site that will be built in their honor.
