New Jersey Statutes Title 32. Interstate and Port Authorities and Commissions 32 § 1-124

The amount payable by the port authority to the state of New York pursuant to sections five and six of this act  1 shall be paid by the port authority into the treasury of the state of New York upon the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, or at an earlier date at the option of the port authority on five days' notice to the comptroller of the state of New York, upon a voucher signed and audited by the said comptroller, who is hereby authorized to consummate the said transaction.
