New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 9A-32

The commissioner, within 18 months after the effective date of this act,  1 shall report to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c. 164 (C.52:14-19.1), on the implementation of the provisions of this act, and shall include the youth suicide prevention plan developed pursuant to this act, and the commissioner's findings and actions taken to implement the provisions of section 3 of this act.  2
