New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 9-25.1

All positions and employments in county maternity hospitals, in counties of the first class, created pursuant to the provisions of section 30:9-24 of the Revised Statutes which can be allocated to the classified service, in accordance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes,  1 shall be so allocated under appropriate titles by the Civil Service Commission and, hereafter, such positions and employments shall be subject to the provisions of subtitle 3 of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes.
