New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 6D-66

No longer than 14 days from receipt of the criminal history record information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Division of State Police,

the department shall notify the individual and the community agency or the community care residence in writing of qualification or disqualification.  If the individual is disqualified, the State conviction or convictions which constitute the basis for the disqualification shall be identified in the written notice.  The written notice may be transmitted electronically if the individual authorizes the department to transmit the information electronically.
