New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 4D-6d

If a person who is eligible for continued Medicaid benefits pursuant to section 2 of this act  1 obtains employment which provides health insurance coverage through a third party as defined in section 3 of P.L.1968, c. 413 (C.30:4D-3), the third party shall be the primary payer and the Medicaid program established pursuant to P.L.1968, c. 413 (C.30:4D-1 et seq.) shall be the secondary payer.
