New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 4D-11

The State Medicaid Commission by majority vote of all its members shall (a) approve or disapprove the lowest responsible bid submitted under 8. a.  1 and should the bid be disapproved (b) direct that payment of claims under this act be made by the Department of Institutions and Agencies  2 in the manner provided in section 8. b. or 8. c. as shall be determined by the State Medicaid Commission.
