New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 13-3.2

Except as otherwise provided in this act, the provisions of P.L.1976, c. 120 (C.30:13-1 et seq.) and section 3 of P.L.1997, c. 241 (C.30:13-3.1) shall apply to any applicant for admission to a nursing home or any resident of the facility, whether the applicant or resident is eligible for benefits under the Medicare or Medicaid program or is a private pay patient, or may in the future convert from a private pay patient to a Medicare or Medicaid patient.
