New Jersey Statutes Title 30. Institutions and Agencies 30 § 13-10.1

The Department of Health and Senior Services shall provide a written explanation of the provisions of section 3 of P.L.1997, c.241 (C.30:13-3.1) to each nursing home which participates in the Medicare or Medicaid program, and the nursing home shall include the written explanation in the contract or agreement which it furnishes to a prospective resident or the resident's family or guardian prior to or upon admission.
