New Jersey Statutes Title 2C. The New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice 2C § 5-7

Any person who knowingly uses, distributes, manufactures, duplicates or possesses a key designed to be used in a lock in or on real property owned or leased by the State without conforming to the rules and regulations established according to section 2 of this act  1 is guilty of a disorderly persons offense.
