New Jersey Statutes Title 2A. Administration of Civil and Criminal Justice 2A § 23A-18

a. Whenever a court shall vacate, modify or correct an award as provided for in this act and thereupon enter an award based on that determination, the court, upon application, shall in a summary proceeding as provided for herein determine all costs and expenses permitted by section 17 of this act.  1 The court may thereupon include the costs and expenses in the final judgment entered confirming the award.

b. Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying or correcting an award, a judgment or decree shall be entered by the court in conformity therewith and be enforced as any other judgment or decree. There shall be no further appeal or review of the judgment or decree.
