New Jersey Statutes Title 27. Highways 27 § 23-47

The authority, as the successor to the Highway Authority, may provide for the perpetual maintenance of the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial in accordance with the agreement executed by the Highway Authority, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c. 70 (C.27:12B-5.4), repealed by this act, and the Legislature shall appropriate to the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs for payment to the authority such funds from the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Fund, created under section 4 of P.L.1985, c. 494 (C.52:18A-208), and any other source of available revenue, as may be necessary for the authority to carry out its responsibilities under this section.
