New Jersey Statutes Title 27. Highways 27 § 1A-5.11

The urban transportation supplement to the State Transportation Plan required by this act shall be in addition to the requirements for a master plan imposed by section 22 of P.L.1984, c. 73 (C. 27:1B-22) and section 5 of P.L.1966, c. 301 (C. 27:1A-5). The urban transportation supplement to the State Transportation Plan shall also be considered as separate and apart from those transportation plans already required to be prepared by existing metropolitan planning organizations.
