New Jersey Statutes Title 26. Health and Vital Statistics 26 § 4-100.8

The commissioner on behalf of the State is authorized and directed to apply for and receive Federal grants of the vaccine or funds therefor and to use such funds for the purchase of the vaccine in accordance with the conditions of such grants and for distribution as provided in section 2 of this act,  1 and to make such reports and establish such methods and procedures as may be required for such Federal grants.
