New Jersey Statutes Title 26. Health and Vital Statistics 26 § 2J-41

In addition to any other applicable penalties for violation of the relevant provisions of law, the commissioner may require a health maintenance organization violating the provisions of this act to cease marketing any medicare supplement contract or evidence of coverage in this State which is related directly or indirectly to the violation, require the health maintenance organization to take such action as is necessary to comply with the provisions of this act, or both.
