New Jersey Statutes Title 26. Health and Vital Statistics 26 § 1A-135

It is the public policy of this State to promote, encourage, facilitate, and support the development, utilization, and improvement of health information technology and electronic health records, including the effectuation of a secure, integrated and interoperative Statewide health care information infrastructure in accordance with a Statewide health information technology plan that is developed and implemented pursuant to this act. 1
