The Department of Agriculture shall expand the “Jersey Fresh” website to provide opportunities for the establishment of purchasing networks between farmers, distributors, grantees, and small food retailers participating in the “Healthy Corner Store Program.” The department shall post, in a prominent location on the homepage of its Internet website, a hyperlink that provides visitors with direct access to the “Healthy Corner Store Program” on the expanded website.
