New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 7F-66

In the case of a school district that receives commercial valuation stabilization aid pursuant to section 1 of this act  1, the commissioner may take such action as is deemed necessary and appropriate to ensure the efficiency of school district expenditures.
