For the purpose of calculating all forms of State aid pursuant to P.L.2007, c. 260 (C.18A:7F-43 et al.) for a choice student in a choice district, the student shall be counted in the resident enrollment of the receiving district. The receiving district shall receive school choice aid for each choice student equal to the adequacy budget local levy per pupil amount.
For purposes of this section, “adequacy budget local levy per pupil amount” means the adequacy budget calculated pursuant to section 9 of P.L.2007, c. 260 (C.18A:7F-51) minus equalization aid calculated pursuant to section 11 of P.L.2007, c. 260 (C.18A:7F-53) divided by the resident enrollment.
