The President of Thomas Edison State College may apply for and accept on behalf of the State of New Jersey and, through the State Library, administer for the State, any funds, books and library facilities applicable to public or school library purposes, granted or provided by the Federal Government, or any agency or officer thereof, under or pursuant to any Federal Law heretofore or hereafter enacted authorizing grants to the States for such purposes or for similar purposes.
