There is established at the Center for the American Woman and Politics at the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers, The State University, a distinguished chair which shall be known as the Senator Wynona Lipman Chair in Women's Political Leadership. The chair shall be a permanent faculty chair which shall be initially held on a rotating basis by a scholar or practitioner who is involved in issues related to the development of political leadership.
