New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 66-115

All pensions paid by a pension fund established under article 16 of chapter 5, Title 18 of the Revised Statutes or this article,  1 shall be paid in equal semimonthly installments and shall not be decreased, revoked or repealed, except as otherwise provided in this article.
