New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 65-97

All debts of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey associated with the schools, institutes, and centers of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey other than the School of Osteopathic Medicine, the entire Stratford campus, the remaining facilities in Camden, and University Hospital, are transferred to Rutgers, The State University, and all creditors of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey may enforce those debts against Rutgers, The State University in the same manner as they might have had against the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and the rights and remedies of those creditors shall not be limited or restricted in any manner by this act.
