New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 64M-39

On and between the enactment date of this act  1 and July 1, 2014, there shall be no layoff of any employee represented by a majority representative, who was employed as of the enactment date of this act, at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, University Hospital, Rutgers, the State University or Rowan University as a result of any reorganization, restructuring, transfer or acquisition of any school, facility, hospital, entity, function or operation of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers, the State University or Rowan University that occurs pursuant to or as a result of the implementation of this act.
