New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 64M-34

All debts of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey incurred in the operation and administration of the School of Osteopathic Medicine and debt specifically and directly related to the real and personal property being transferred in Stratford are hereby transferred to Rowan University, and all creditors of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey may enforce those debts against Rowan University in the same manner as they might have had against the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and the rights and remedies of those creditors shall not be limited or restricted in any manner by this act.
