New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 64-45

There is established a body corporate and politic, with corporate succession, to be known as the New Jersey Association of State Colleges and Universities. New Jersey City University, Kean University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Thomas Edison State College, The College of New Jersey and The William Paterson University of New Jersey shall constitute the membership of the association.
