An auxiliary organization may engage only in such operations and may serve only such functions as are allowed by law and as shall be approved by the Board of Higher Education board of trustees of the college. Such functions or operations may include, but shall not be limited to:
a. operation of student centers;
b. operation of student pubs;
c. management of student dormitories;
d. operation of college bookstores.
