New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 62-49

The Commission on Higher Education shall prepare an annual report containing a compilation of the data collected pursuant to subsection e. of section 1 of this act,  1 an analysis of the effect of the agreement on the transfer process and on the academic success of transfer students at the senior institutions, and an analysis of each participating institution's compliance with the provisions of this act. The commission shall submit the report to the Legislature and the Governor by November 15th of each year.
