New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 46-2.9

Nothing in this act shall be construed to give any greater rights or protections than can be found under the “Individuals with Disabilities Education Act,” 20 U.S.C. s.1400 et seq., or section 504 of the federal “Rehabilitation Act of 1973,” 29 U.S.C. s.794, or any other federal law.
