New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 3B-84

a. A public institution of higher education shall post by August 15 of each year its budget for the upcoming academic year on the institution's website for public inspection. The institution shall also post a summary document that outlines in a user-friendly manner the institution's major sources of revenue and major categories of expenditures.

b. The information required pursuant to subsection a. of this section shall be posted on the website in a prominent and easily accessible location.
