New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 3B-53

The commission shall submit to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c. 164 (C.52:14-19.1), recommendations for the establishment of penalties for noncompliance with the provisions of sections 4 through 7 of this act,  1 unless such penalties are otherwise established by law, including, but not limited to, fines and disciplinary action to be imposed upon a public research university or a State college or a member of the governing board or an employee of the institution.
