New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 39-19.6

If a board of education or a contractor that provides pupil transportation services under contract with a board of education is notified by the Department of Education that a school bus driver employed by the board or contractor has had his bus driver's license suspended or revoked, the employing board of education or contractor, within one business day of the notification, shall provide a statement to the department verifying that the school bus driver no longer operates a school bus for the board or contractor.
