New Jersey Statutes Title 18A. Education 18A § 36-25.12

The Department of Education shall create educational materials for parents and guardians based upon the recommendations developed by the task force pursuant to paragraph (9) of subsection a. of section 4 of this act.  1 The department shall provide the educational materials to local Parent Teacher Associations throughout the State for presentation to their members.
