The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules pursuant to the “Administrative Procedure Act,” P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) setting forth the certification and endorsement requirements of a school athletic trainer which shall include, but need not be limited to, the satisfactory completion of the requirements established by the State Board of Medical Examiners for licensure as an athletic trainer pursuant to P.L.1984, c. 203 (C.45:9-37.35 et seq.).
