New Jersey Statutes Title 17B. Insurance 17B § 32B-4

This act shall provide payment for eligible services or benefits under a covered health maintenance organization contract on an equitable basis to any covered individual or provider who is entitled to receive payment from HIP Health Plan of New Jersey, Inc. and American Preferred Provider Plan, Inc. for an eligible claim that remains unpaid.
