New Jersey Statutes Title 17. Corporations and Institutions for Finance and Insurance 17 § 52-4

The statement submitted pursuant to section 3 of this act  1 shall be signed and certified by any 2 of the incorporators, and shall state that the contents thereof, insofar as they relate to matters within the knowledge of the signers, are true; and that, insofar as they relate to matters not within their knowledge, the signers believe them to be true.
