Any assessment company or association or any officer or agent thereof which or who issues or delivers to any person in this State any policy or certificate in willful violation of the provisions of this act 1 shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and the commissioner may revoke the certificate of authority of any company or association of another State or country, or of the agent of any company or association, which or who willfully violates any provision of this act.
