New Jersey Statutes Title 17. Corporations and Institutions for Finance and Insurance 17 § 12B-3

No State association shall hereafter be incorporated for the purposes stated in this act, except pursuant to the provisions of this act. The provisions of this act shall apply to all associations in existence and operating under the provisions of chapter 12 of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes and the “Savings and Loan Act,” approved April 4, 1946 (P.L.1946, c. 56)  1 at the date of the enactment of this act and where specifically set forth to all Federal associations having their principal offices in this State.
