New Jersey Statutes Title 17. Corporations and Institutions for Finance and Insurance 17 § 12B-266

In the case of the merger of any two or more capital stock associations, the procedure to merge shall be as provided in Article XIII of this act   1 except that the word “member” shall be either inclusive of stockholders of the capital stock association or shall be construed to mean stockholder wherever appropriate to the context.
