Within 30 days after the date of its dissolution, the association shall mail to each owner of land, which is subject to a sinking fund mortgage held by such association, a notice stating that the association has dissolved and will liquidate; the date of its dissolution; and that applications for the extension of the time for payment of such mortgage loans may be made in accordance with the provisions of section 236 of this act. 1 A copy of section 236 shall be enclosed with each such notice.
