New Jersey Statutes Title 15. Corporations and Associations Not for Profit 15 § 1-23

The repeal of any act or part of any act by section thirteen of the act entitled “An act to incorporate associations not for pecuniary profit,” approved April twenty-first, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight (L.1898, c. 181, § 13, p. 427), shall not dissolve any corporation in existence on July fourth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and nothing in the above-entitled act or in this title contained shall impair or annul any vested rights, privileges or powers actually exercised and enjoyed by any corporation under any law so repealed.
