a. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall annually conduct an analysis of the program established in the Department of Environmental Protection for the cleanup of hazardous discharges in the State. This program analysis shall include an evaluation of the staff levels necessary to efficiently carry out the program and an analysis of the most efficient use of the various sources of funds dedicated to the cleanup program.
b. The program analysis shall be submitted to the Commissioner of Environmental Protection for review and to the State Auditor for utilization in the preparation of the audit report.
c. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2007, c. 39).
