The appropriate agency, division, or office within the department conducting a public hearing required pursuant to paragraph (4) of subsection a. of section 2 of this amendatory and supplementary act 1 shall submit to the commissioner, and to the State House Commission for any conveyance of lands requiring, pursuant to law, review by the commission, a summary of the written comments received and the testimony heard at each public hearing pertaining to the proposed conveyance within 30 days after the date on which the public hearing was held. Transcripts of any public hearing shall also be made available to the State House Commission and, upon request, to the public within that time period.
