New Jersey Statutes Title 13. Conservation and Development Parks and Reservations 13 § 18A-25

a. Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize or permit the exportation of any ground or surface waters from the pinelands area.

b. Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize any regulation of hunting, fishing, trapping or possession of wildlife, or other recreational activities in the pinelands area, except as otherwise provided in section 23 of this act or by Title 13  1 or Title 23  2 of the Revised Statutes.
