New Jersey Statutes Title 12. Commerce and Navigation 12 § 7B-2

Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.00, which shall be collected in the manner provided in “the penalty enforcement law” (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).The Superior Court and every municipal court shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this act.
