New Jersey Statutes Appendix A. Emergency and Temporary Acts § 3-39

The provisions of any act requiring the county or municipality to match said fund are hereby waived; providing, however, that this shall only apply to projects undertaken pursuant to the terms of the act to which this act is a further supplement;  1 and provided, further, that this provision shall not apply to funds allotted for the year one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight or subsequent thereto; and provided, further, that the provisions of this act shall apply to counties of the first class only.
