New Jersey Statutes Appendix A. Emergency and Temporary Acts § 3-34

If any section of this act  1 or any provision thereof shall be declared to be unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative in whole or in part, then the section or provision to the extent that it is not unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative shall be enforced and effectuated and no such determination shall be deemed to invalidate or make ineffectual the remaining sections or provisions of this act.
